The Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (Beijing Organizing Committee) started to solicit globally the creative copywriting of its opening ceremony from October 15 till December 31, 2018, according to its official website: www.beijing2022.cn.
For the global open soliciting, any natural person, legal representative and organization are allowed to take part in the activity, but they should have rich experience of engaged in large scale cultural and sports activities at home and abroad and meet the requirements, which embodies the sharing and open principles of Beijing 2022 Olympics.
In addition, a proposed copywriting shall be submitted in text form, to implement the frugalness principle and to meet the requirement of the New Norm of IOC aiming to reducing the cost of production cost.
The general requirement of the copywriting soliciting shall fully demonstrate Beijing 2022 Olympics’ vision and the Olympic spirit, and shall fully present the inheritance and development of Chinese nation’s splendid culture.
Beijing Organizing Committee will review the proposed copywriting from January to March of 2019, to select ten excellent ones.
